It comprises one king-size double bedroom with a sofa bed and en-suite bathroom, sleeping four guests in total. Downstairs is an open-plan lining room with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area and sofa bed. Outside is off-road parking for two cars and a small, shared courtyard garden.
